items should be balanced around whether the character is ranged or melee. melee users have to go in there so keep it 8%. Ranged users have no issue abusing it and stack attack speed or double hit procs making it overpowered during certain metas.

I don't think that blade is overpowered at the moment. And i probably haven't seen a single jinx or caitlyn with blade this entire season to be honest. Yeah there are some adcs that buy blade, but what's the probleme with that. These are just some adcs that synergize well with this item. It's not an op item that is superior to all the other items.

Otherwise i just rush Lethality items.
