When will Deathfire Touch see an improvement?

As it stands now, DFT is the only other offensive mastery aside from thunderlords that an AP caster can get. But its really bad, when I use it in game all I see are ones ticking away and the damage done is so minimal. DFT was nerfed due to it being strong on some champions, while thunderlords is still strong and used on literally everyone. DFT could be so much nicer on champions that can't always get a thunderlords proc. So please consider making this one a little better and giving AP casters more options.
