Kayn takes to dam long to transform, while having no passive until he does....

Shadow Kayn is actually good in mid lane and Rhaast is good in top as well but....The problem is it takes so long to transform that the laning phase is over by the time you do. Not too mention you are the underdog with no passive until you transform in lane.

Hence, the only viable position for Kayn is JG which also delays his transformation because he is not actively hitting champs as much as he would in lane.

So there is no ideal situation that could help speed up the transformation. Not to mention the 4 minute penalty if you don't get the form you want.

I understand he is supposed to be weak in the beginning, but 15-24 mins too transform is to long. You get to lvl 6 and ult way before that.

uhhh. if you are waiting 15-24 to transform you are doing something very wrong.

Ive had Kayn jungle games where I didnt really get to do much ganking.. and when i did they werent successful so i had a really late transformation. (9min) Then i waited the 4 min to get SA. (13Min)

If you are taking longer than 10min to get transformation something has gone horribly wrong. you should be aiming for a 7-8min Transformation in the jungle.

The longer it takes to transform the more your bar fills from hitting people. If it's still not full by 10 minutes a couple of AAs on an enemy champion should do the trick.
