Does anyone know if the type of skin you get is random or is it based off of what you combine?

I have some Legendary skins.......if the skins I combine are all Legendary then will I get a random Legendary skin or could I still end up with a normal skin?

The skin you get would be random, so it's usually best to only reroll the cheap skins that you don't care for.
