His match history is nothing but red, and his builds are abysmal. Playing hybrid, crit Teemo in damn near every game despite getting stomped over and over.

But yeah, boosted to Plat is def better than my account sitting promptly in Gold where it belongs.

It's a smurf, so it's almost a given/requirement that you do well. Anyone can stomp from silver to plat if they play even _ decently_ or with a team.

MMR is high because I was still climbing at a good rate when I was satisfied with my spot and didn't want to grind any further. As far as "duo" games go, I haven't playing with anyone in ranked outside of 3v3s so no.

Maybe through the dynamic queue system he's bashing :^) also it's not hard to climb if you try. Or you have free time. Taking college and looking for a job I barely get to play as much as I used to in summer. I climbed from bronze 2 to gold 5 in a few months because I wasn't taking classes. Not hard to believe someone went from silver 2 to plat 5 in a whole season. Not to mention the main point is that CB thinks OP finds DQ to be bad because Lee had a "bad game" when in reality OP is talking about the toxic premade he had.

Aside from the fact that you basically said that its quite possible that he was boosted through the dynamic queue system, some other factors to consider that you would see if you clicked the link:

Hes had hundreds of ranked games each season. Its hardy a "free time" argument. I have 65 ranked games this season and I feel that I'm around the skill I should be at, climbing from Silver 3 to Gold 3. If you play 300+ and are stuck in silver, you probably belong in silver.

There are noticeable jumps in rank. For some reason this guy went from Gold 4 to Plat 4 (almost Plat 3) in 25 days. 15 days later, back at Gold 4. (Do you realize how much you have to loose to drop an entire tier???) 15 days later, back in plat.

Take everything together, and it looks like he is getting boosted.

And you dont put "boosted lee sin" in your title if thats not what part of what youre addressing. He is talking both about boosted players and flaming premades.

His hundreds of games WOULD help my free time argument. Putting "boosted lee" is fine because that's not the point of his post. The point is the toxic premade, which for some reason Riot's white knights will ignore and claim nothing is wrong...

Also it's not boosting id he's playing with friends :^) the jump from gold to plat is weird because it's where League becomes a different game. It doesn't matter if you can go 11-0 as Riven top or 0-4 as Vayne adc. All that matters is strategy and how you play it. Simply put, it's possible to climb that high with a good shotcaller and then drop when you're alone.

You misunderstood.

100s of games do NOT help your argument. Your argument was that having free time gives you more time to climb. That may be true, but his past shows hundreds of games played every season. If you play 300+ games and remain silver, he is a silver level player. That was last season.

Boosting - boosting a players rank beyond that which is normally achieved and what he can normally play against. Are you telling me that if a Bronze 5 player played support for TSM, the other 4 pros cant carry him to at least diamond? Does this mean that the Bronze 5 player deserves to be in Diamond? No - its boosting. Contrary to what you may believe, boosting isnt actually against Riot's rules. There is no offense called "boosting". The only time boosting is a violation is if its in conjunction with account-sharing. You may not share accounts. You may boost players by other methods, including creating a smurf to duo with them (which Riot allows, but other companies take affirmative steps to not allow - ie Blizzard in Overwatch).

You cant tell me with a straight face that 3 years of silver, then jumping to plat in less then a month, then dropping to gold, then jumping back to plat is perfectly normal. You cant tell me with a straight face that this guy is a legitimate plat player with a 48% winrate.

The "toxic premade" wasnt even a premade - it was a duo jungle/adc. He probably assumed it was a premade team because the entire team was flaming him, not realzing that he was the problem.

First off, a duo is still a premade. Secondly, more games does mean a higher chance. Again, I was in silver for 2 seasons, and now I'm in gold. And if he's duo queueing with a friend who is good at the game and telling him what to do....do you see where this is going? Like I said before, bronze-gold is about mechanics, where plat+ is about tactics.

First of all, this guy obviously isnt talking about a duo, or he wouldnt have wrote "#justDQthings". Duos have been around since ranked has been around, so saying that its a dynamic queue problem doesnt make sense, does it?

Secondly, more games does NOT mean a higher chance of climbing. I dont know why youd think that, especially when someone has a 48% winrate. More games means a higher chance of being placed exactly where you need to be.

If you looked at lolking more carefully, you would see how I was gold in S4 and plat in S5. It's right at front page under my summoner name. I think I was silver n S3, but can't really tell now. Don't know why OP.gg shows I was silver till last season. Now, gaining a tier a year might be slow, but it's also the most visible sign of legitimate progress that can be.

As you could see if you cared to look at lolking more carefully - again - I wanted to see how far I can get this season while nearly one-tricking Teemo in ranked. My performance is than heavily dependent on Teemo's state, and new silly builds I find. Right now I do hybrid on-hit/crit full damage Teemo, and you can tell for yourself it isn't going to well in Rylai's meta. I'll probably switch to more legitimate build soon and try to hit dia before end of season, if Rylai's doesn't get nerfed soon.

First off, No one uses that site because it's wrong. There's a reason almost no one talks about it. Because it's a known fact gold MMR starts at 1400ish MMR not 1000.... Even if it was accurate, I'm gold V with 100 more MMR than you.... Soooooooooooo guess who's bad?

Secondly. That site doesn't calculate duo queues like OPGG does. So you're always going to have a solo only rating.

There's no excuse to come up with, the site doesn't work properly and is extreamly inaccurate, and you're stupidly low MMR who has a sub 50% KPA, an equal Kills/deaths (Which is bad, more so for a solo laner such as yourself), And looking through your top 20 games, you had an "okay" score. But were carried through the game by someone else who went 8 kills + Less than 3 deaths and 5 plus assists.

See you're actually helping my case here. This case was unique since a boosted player was pointing fingers at someone else for being boosted. In this scenario his rank actually DOES matter.

If he had made some post about how Yasuo's double AA needed to be patched and I said "stfu, you're boosted anyway" then yes, I would be out of line. But when your entire thread is about someone else's rank your own rank is not off limits.

Everyone's counter argument to me was "you're gold so shut up" THAT is the problem you're mentioning.
