This guys design is an absolute mess. You can't put such high base damage and high burst on a champion who has more utility than an Ashe.

In a straight up duel with other ADCs he pretty much loses every time, unless he's set up for the situation.

one thing i think they could do to make it more balanced playing against jhin is to reduce the length of his root, and to reduce the slow on his ultimate.

jihn builds literally 0 defensive items. he is literally countered by every assassin ever. jump in 1 shot him get out. he MAYBE had time to get 1 auto off. before Kha zix rework i would kill jihn players before they could even get through their auto attack animation
