QoL update for Olaf Pls :)

Well 2.. 1: Reckless Swing will cancel if Olaf loses sight of his target during the cast time, as with many of the game's older and non-updated champions. This is from the wikia website.. Would be nice if that got updated.

And this might bring some controversy however...

2: Allow Olaf to cast Q while moving. Currently he pauses to throw it.

I think these 2 changes would push Olaf closer to the 50% win rate instead of the 45-47% he consistently stays without having to do a bunch of number crunching balance changes to all his spells.
