Deep Terror Nami1 votesI ended season 4 as Silver 2 and was placed into Silver 1 for season 5. I watched a lot of the posts about this last time and the average drop was 2-3 divisions. The only plats that should've been put into Silver had horrible MMR.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesI believe the placement matches count for a normal amount of MMR (if you've ranked before), and 10 matches doesn't drop you a whole tier (or rather, 2-3 more divisions than the average reset).

Dreadlocks1 votesNah, if you look at the graph, from Oct 19th or w.e to Nov 2nd Legit all solo Q games, then i failed my promos on the last day and dropped to 5LP in Gold 1, didnt play at all during the pre-season except on accident like 3x at the end. So no.. lol My games were generally between 1675-1850 MMR
Deep Terror Nami1 votesOk, cuz I know the sites can't get an accurate reading on your own MMR if you play too many Duos. Without that, idk why it would appear to drop so much.
Dreadlocks1 votesYeah i generally climbed quicker solo Q last year. I'd just listen to some music on low volume and dial in with focus. With friends, conversations can easily break my focus.. nerd tactics ;D
