You know why Urgot got a 42% winrate ?
Short answer : Cause he was useful in lane phase only and not in team fights.
Cause he was strong bully but not teamfights, Cause he can't bypass CC easily in teamfights due to the lack of 
as item cause he doesn't have mobility but you killed the only good thing about him which is his laning phase.
You know how you could nerfed Urgot without putting him to garbage level ? Right make the game last longer and not end quickly , But right Riot good at killing champions over the problem of the whole gameplay.
