Like seriously, who the fuck kept ordering these nerfs for Lucian? If anything, they should've just reverted back before he got buffed to OP level. He was fine, then Riot tried to "fix" him, broke him, then nerfed him to oblivion, and now he struggles with lane and carrying even when fed. His kit is disgustingly bland with only his double shot passive being the only thing that validates him.

Thank god a friend gifted me his PROJECT skin, cause honestly I don't even want to play this guy against other ADCs that are just over buffed to hell.

If you're gonna make champions that were already OP more OP, then throw Lucian to his original status before the over buff or make him OP again to have a chance against OP champions like this and more to come.

Lol. You know wants funny. You ask who kept ordering the nerfs on Lucian, I'm pretty sure its the same people on the boards complaining about Vayne. That why riot is not in a rush to nerf her, because then, she'll be just like Lucian.

In any case, I'm upvoting cause I want Lucian back.

Lucian kept getting nerfs because he was obscenely overpowered and basically one of the best champions in the game for like a season and a half.
