Idea for Spirit visage and GW

What if Spirit Visage decreased Grievous wounds by like 10-20%? Similar to how Randuin's decreases crit damage. This'd allow some wiggle room for champions like mundo, vlad, and swain with the new Executioner's calling coming in. You'd still be reducing their healing by 20-30% each time you damage them, but this way they stand a fighting chance.

Doesn't it already do this? If you heal 100 with a 20% bonus its 120 - 40% = 72. If you have GW go form 100 to 60 +20% = 72. So Spirit Visage reduces GW effectiveness by 28ish% (12% direct reduction). I think that Spirit Visage has become a lot more important to sustain champions now that GW is so cheap.
