You keep breeding out these super mobile champions with a shit load of safety nets and people are calling it balance, then we should have the Doom Bot version of Morgana for anti-mobility, cause this is getting ridiculous and the fact people are calling it balanced is shocking.

hermeneutist1 votesmorgana doesn't need that large a buff man. a good morgana knows how to use that black shield for clutch disengage.
she just needs a slight buff to make her W more useful. right now it's so useless that pro players don't even rank it at all. either it should give a slight cc or some sort of debuff to enemies.
