Win rates =/= lane matchups. It's a team effort. Vlad actually has a 49% win rate against jax. And that's a champion known to counter him. Also Jax isn't just a top laner. He's gaining popularity in the jungle due to item 3930

those are win rates, not who wins the lanes and irelia doesnt even auto much

just because jax's E can dodge auto attacks, it doesn't mean he auto wins lane vs auto attackers. there are ways to dodge his stun also. they are more of a skill match up over anything else.

Irelia has her stun as well as the true damage of her AAs still go through his dodge, Aatrox and Try are skill match ups and can both play around his stun and dodge, and Rengar pops out of the bush with a Q, timing that every time is a bit hard.
