I don't think she's OP by any means but

Laning against a champion that has an undodgeable long range skillshot is really, really, really annoying.

undodgable my ass. unless she lands a bind you can easily dodge. And she pops like a balloon if you get close, so she is a typical glass cannon.
Can easily dodge Lux E Choose one hehe
I mean yeah her e is a bitch, but that ain't her bind, is it?
Only undodgable if you're running straight at her.
Her E is annoying but if you take something like second wind with mirror shell and actually try to dodge it, it's not even good harass. She'll also usually oom trying to E harass in lane to.
It is actually undodgable (with footwork, you obviously can dodge with a dash) most of the time, unless she completely misses it herself. A champion with small hitbox (i.e. Ezreal) needs more bonus MS than boots of swiftness to be able to dodge it, and with mid or large hitbox you need some absurd number of bonus MS.
Luckily, she doesn't have in-built mana regen, so scripters usually choose Xerath over her.
position properly so that she has to choose between poking you or clearing the wave, if she pokes u she runs out of waveclear if she uses it to clear you can trade her immediatly after while she has CD, just do not let her get both and you should be fine.
"undodgeable" "skillshot"
inb4 1500 unit wide projectile gets added

Thats when you play Sivir mid
You sound like a masochist when you're low on mana
HIT ME, THROW IT AT ME, DO IIIIIIIT
rushing boots always helps me
Her abilities are pretty easy to dodge. I think you would be better of complaining about the fact that she can spam Q till she hits then she nearly one shots you from the kit and you have no way of dodging due to the bind.
Mobile champions or champs with high MS can dodge it easily, but if you're immobile it's hurts pretty bad.It also doesnt help that it has a long ramge and it's pretty wide. On the other hand,Lux feels much fairer to play against then most assassins.
if you really want annoying. have lux take both ultimate hat and transcendence .....lol then youll see annoying
Lol What... Lux's E is so easy to dodge... and on top of that the mana cost is higher then average ultimate costs with a super high cooldown.
Q, he's talking about Q+R
If you can't dodge her E, that's your problem, not the champion's.
You have to predict it, and get a feel for it. I'm pretty sure it also has a visual height (goes from her hand/staff down to the ground), so you can see about where it's gonna hit from there.
But even if it doesn't, you can still easily assume where she's aiming. She's either going to try to hit the wave, or try to aim it off-center of you (to predict you trying to dodge it). Every single time. If she aims for the wave, you'll easily be able to dodge it. If she predicts the wrong way, you can dodge it (assuming you're not a fucking Mordekaiser or Ashe, that is. You have to actually have movement speed). If she aims for you, and not the wave, she just wasted up to...what is it? 130 mana? Yeah, that sounds right. That's a lot. She just lost a lot of mana, and completely wasted that mana if you dodge her E.

dog that shit isn't a skillshot LMFAO, its a fatass aoe slow that deals mad damage and activates passive.
I like how all you had to say was “she” and everyone knows who tf we’re talking
about
I can safely say that Lux's Q and E, as some of the slowest skillshots in the game sitting at 1200 and 1300 speed respectively, are indeed dodge-able. Everything I've missed would attest to that (though there are still a lot of times where I flat out don't aim right xD). The key to dealing with Lux isn't to try and stay out of range of her spells (unless you're Xerath). If she casts E (which is what 99% of everybody complains about, and also the 2nd half of her damage not counting ult), walk at her; most of the time it won't hit you, and because Lux ranks E, a chunk of her damage is gone, leaving her vulnerable with no way to retaliate other than a snare.
If you're talking about her Q, it's pretty slow as I mentioned before. Just work on leading her so she throws it in the wrong spot, or just flat out do your best to dodge it. Getting hit a few times doesn't mean it's not dodge-able. Even the best players in the world still get hit by skillshots.
I think that her E goes up to like 130 Mana per cast? Pretty sure.
Good thing I main tear, because on Lux I need:
just to not go oom after using my E to waveclear.

On a second note, in response @Final Flash Lux - her E can not be dodged without a dash after a certain amount of distance. At maximum range, it is very easy to dodge by at medium range hard or close to impossible to dodge without a dash. Though keep in mind, champions without a dash have range to back them up - so this really doesn't even matter all that much.
On a third note, if Lux is that close to you that you can't dodge her E then she's in a TERRIBLE position to even try to defend herself. If you're that close to Lux, she should be thinking about "how the fuck am I going to get out of this alive?" This train of thought usually leads to the use of
. . . honestly Lux's kit is so forgiving that her reliability should be increased, rather than decreased - keeping in mind that you've got to be an absolute sleeper or walking with no vision to even get hit with her combo.
