Dont know if its the case, but I saw ppl saying similar about Caitlyn "she's weak but her high elo mains still have great winrates" and when you actually looked the accounts those players had that winrate because they were not playing the post 8.11 Caitlyn, they all dropped the champ knowing how garbage she is so obviously their winrates were still high.

Honestly you don't know anything about botlane if you think that Cait is the strongest adc in lane right now, she's more a safe pick than a lane bully at this point and with all the nerfs she has been carrying.
It's kinda sad that ppl talk about Caitlyn like if we were talking about S7 spring Cait, it's nonsense to pretend that adcs like MF/Draven/Jhin have better laning fase than Caitlyn right now. Holy fk champs like Twicht and Jinx have 100 more base hp than Cait how are you pretending that she's the strongest adc in lane?
