For those unaware, particularly those who argue that it isn't overpowered because you "can still buy armor", the true damage conversion for both is... wait for it....

Edit: This post was to remind people what true damage means.

Essentially, making the damage true means that the 35% conversion actually accounts for 50-60% of your damage to a tank, who doesn't have the damage to kill you while you right click them once and let bork heal for an increased amount since lifesteal is based on damage actually done.
