Nautilus needs them more than anyone else. He is uncounterable in the bot lane. I mean, I love the idea of an abyssal titan and his artwork, but c'mon. He was just about balanced back when his playerbase was bawling their eyes out about how squishy he was.

Rammus last season... only reason I made it to diamond is that no one cried for him to be nerfed despite his across the board 55% win rate all season until the very end of the season.

he jsut got a nerf and thresh does counter him bot lane his damage was nerfed too much they dont intend to let him go back jungle and his team fight ability is nerfed from that loss of damage that wasnt much to begin with it was just high for early game expecially considering that he doesnt build ap

The meta is...a bit in her favor at the moment,she is too strong right now,but might not need nerfs if riot intends to shift the meta anytime soon(otherwise...yeah,nerfs).

0 skill my ass. I'm platinum and I can't play her if my life depended on it (but don't find her difficult to play against).

Diamond also has a much shorter player pool and a lot of those players got to that elo because of their skill with a specific champion - the whole "1 trick pony" deal.

And saying PLats are better? No not really. Never got the impression while heading through plat that "ye this is it this is teh gaem".. In plat every match is over within 5m inutes as the amount of tryhard-ish QQ complaining shitstaned motherfuckers are just overwhelming in sheer numbers.

An actual platinum/diamond player would know a much higher variety of champions and lanes, not just stick to one.

This is the dream of some1 who never been in high elo. Just fyi most ppl can play maximum 2 lanes with 4-5 champions. One trick ponies commit into 1 champion fully. I don' t like them either but stating that they do not deserve their elo because they stick to 1 champ is bs. There are guys who are diamond with Garen or Poppy only. THey don't deserve their rank either?

I agree 100%. Riven is strong early, mid, and lane game. All you have to learn with her is her stupid combo which is BS anyways and you'll win all trades in lane. Not hard just spam her and you'll get good with her

It's 53% winrate AND 20% pickrate(according to champion.gg riven is the most played top laner in plat+).

Now I'm not exactly taking his side(she does have a very dedicated playerbase,most of which appears to be toxic shitheads,but I digress),but I'd say the pickrate is the big factor here,the winrate is just a bonus.

I'm honestly ok with it because the average Riven player in plat+ has 152 games on her. A 53% win rate with that level of experience is totally reasonable imo.

I think it is important to point out that you only need 15-20 games to break 50% win rate, so it's not like it takes 150 games to start doing well with her. low-ish skill floor with a high skill ceiling and all that.

The thing is it's 15-20 ranked games,It's impossible to tell how many normals were played before.

This. Why the fk do ppl in my elo (plat) ban Sejuani and Gragas? This isn't the LCS.

Always ban Riven and Ahri. Almost guaranteed to force a dodge or get a free win (on either side) due to the amounts of 1 trick ponies playing them.

53% win rate is actually pretty good when you consider balance. Really anything between 48 and 52 is pretty good, 53 is pushing it a little but not too much
