Ranked should take into account K/D too combat intentional feeding.

I am in NO WAY saying that your LP should be based on your KD, this is not call of duty, and KD is not a measure of skill at all. However, if every lane is minus 2 or 3 or better but one guy is 0/12 in 20 minutes, the system needs to have a red flag. Obviously this person is trolling. I'm not talking like a support going 0/12 but still doing well with 30 assists and just dying as necessity to win, I'm talking about someone that doesn't even get ganked yet goes 0/8 in lane because they just keep walking up to enemies that can fight them, playing like a beginner bot. People who do unrealistically bad for an intelligent being should be flagged and lose more LP than everyone else on their team, and the team should lose less. No one by level 30 should be feeding their lane 5 or more times purely because they can't be bothered to use their turret, and if they are not feeding and are actually just that dumb, they should LP rapidly to get to where they belong sooner. It only takes 1 person to ruin a game, but 5 to win it, and you're a whole lot more likely to get a bad apple than win the lottery.
