Why is Hecarim getting nerfed?

Even with a new skin, I literally haven't seen him once in the entire pre-Season 6. In fact, the only time I've seen him in the past like four months (and this includes just seeing him on a stream or in the showcased challenger games) was a single time, when I played him for some good ol' fun.

So let's nerf his hp because fuck it, he totally isn't just building 1 item into full tank, clearly he's tanking from his base and scaling hp. But the real big thing, he doesn't go through minions anymore.

Welp, Hecarim is gutted. Literally doesn't have an E now because how bad creep block is.

I actually find it amusing they will nerf him since he hasn't done anything special since release Cinderhulk. He is basically no different than Sejuani, not worthless, still very useful but no one picks him.

This just makes me take Riot less seriously and really question their balance team when I see INDIE developers balance better than a multi million or billion dollar company.

His move through minions passive was moved to his E! So when you cast it, you'll go through minions. Shouldn't be an issue I don't think

Because riot's programmers aren't talented enough to make their minion pathing better so maybe they said lets just take his unit-pass and let him suffer with the minions like all others does.

Well, I dont know why riot is nefing Hecarim, when they should be really nerfing (Darius, Riven, Illaoi ) honestly these chaps are too crazy broken ! I main hecarim and let me tell you , he got weaker in top lane. Whyy RIOT ? why ?
