That's interesting. I wonder what happens to the other team. Does "no kills" just mean your team's kills or does it include the opponent's team's kills?

This change clearly targets players with connection issues. Players that actively DC can just wait until there's a kill.

I wonder if the vote follows standard surrender rules. If so, then a large enough premade will simply control the outcome of the vote.

All in all I don't think the early surrender vote will have much impact on the game, but maybe it will satisfy players that have been advocating for early surrender.

I like that the vote can only occur once. If RIOT is working on quality of life for surrender votes, then maybe they will give an option to disable surrender vote pop-ups? Or at least make it so I only have to vote once on any of them? That would be nice.
