Why am I being matched against Diamond premades when I'm pre-30?

Am I supposed to just play bots if I want to be able to play a game we don't lose 5 minutes in? How am I supposed to get better, how am I supposed to get IP consistently, how am I supposed to enjoy the game when this happens?

At the very least, make it so that if you're pre-30 matched against absurdly high rank players you get the win IP even though it's still a loss. Otherwise I guess I will just play bots.

Well you had 3 high plat and a master level player in your game which makes it more even.
