About slowly incoming Evelynn rework

If it succeeds I might reconsider to return to LoL. Truly. Good Evelynn rework will show me that Riot still cares for old players.

In case of misunderstandings, what I believe to be good Evelynn rework:

1. Stealth, that's the thing we know Evelynn for a) true stealth. With timer & cooldown. Has to be minimum of 20 seconds, with not-retarded-long CD. Should NOT be her ultimate. b) passive stealth. Just copy-paste Nova/Zerathul stealth from HOTS (you did it with many other stuff, so why not once more?)

2. Nuke She always had it. It was always strong, having at very least 1.0 ratio of magic or AD (not sure now). Her incoming rework has to have 1 too. Once again, on not-retarded-long CD How will it work is up to you. Just do not cripple her assassin-part for god knows what fake reason.

3. CC Slow is more than enough.

4. Ultimate Get rid of what she has. She isn't Maokai/Malphite or any other tank. Force her to build glass cannon if you have to, but do not encourage her to build tank. Simply put: make her ultimate either pure assassin, or as she used to have long time ago reset on kill speed boost + heal.

5. Anything else? I don't care.

FYI part:

I was neautral about "old" Evelynn. Didn't play her much. I did enjoy playing her, but in super small doses. She was what you'd call "NOOB killer". Why noob, not newbie? Because noobs do not want to learn. They believe they know everything. And it was their screams on old forums that causesd Evelynn to get hit with all of this shit.

I remember I even laughed at people when they "rolled" evelynn in old custom-ARAMs. Like "oh we got evelynn, gg surrender at 20". And everyone was taking it as a joke! And you know what? she was one of the most fun custom-ARAM champions one could pick!
