Can We Give Everyone Phantom Dancer Passive

Simple change that would make the game much more enjoyable for players and prevent the AWFUL minion pathing where you will waddle in minions or get block by minions.

This should be changed because Riot has stated, they want players to work with the game, not against it and when stuff (like above) happens it is the game fighting you and you losing not cause of you but cause the game cheated you.
