In return marksman were given more self survivability.

A recent post the other day talked about how lots of carry players are also not bad because you are at the mercy of your tram to get fed. Tristana and Twitch don't start the game with face melting damage, they have to get fed by the support, jungle, and mid laner first. But if your support sucks, or you get no ganks and lose lane, you get flamed for never even reaching a point of value. I like the ranged DPS, but I would take a huge damage nerf if if it meant I had any kind of survivability and self reliance in my kits. Because being 100% dependent on random players to feed you feels bad. I have played against Dravens who have kills literally taken from them by executes, and they die for it and lose stacks. And I know that player gets flamed for it. How do people think we enjoy that?

Damage on marksmen should go down a fair bit, I agree with that, or make the items more expensive. But alongside that, I would definitely want more self reliant marksmen. And I don't need to solo lane, I just don't want to be 100% helpless in lane or in a teamfight if my my forgets I exist.

adc's are fine, its adc's that are the problem. I mean those ones that feed the other one.

drop the movement spd on the crit items we good.

Considering how fast you get your first 2 items now or in the case of some adcs (ie rageblade users) your first you already are very useful at that point.
