Azir should gain a passive on his Q and his E.

On his Q, he should gain a passive to deal 1/2/3/4/5% bonus damage based of his current AD. It's not much.

On his E, to compensate for the passive nerf and loss of a knock-up, he should gain 2/4/6/8/10% cool down reduction for all his abilities.

I honestly wonder why Azir's kit mostly revolves around his W. It's either we do this or we make his W free. I know that Azir isn't in the best place but if his kit revolves around a spell that lasts 10 seconds at best to use his Q and E, he should gain passives or free use of his W to compensate. Not even a R that (lets be honest) gives free CS to enemy champs is enough compensation for this.

People say that Azir isn't in the best place now. The only reason they made his W attack speed scaling and his E not knock up was for one big reason. He had too much in his kit. People like EazyHoon and Faker could lock in Azir on solo que and nothing could beat azir. All the really high level palyer could go Azir and absolutely nothing could beat it. This "nerf" didn't really affect any level of play from plat 1 and under. He just had too much and nothing could beat him in lane.

his kit is fine as is. They made it very balanced!

The knock-up loss is very unfortunate. It's pushing his win rate and skill cap higher and I guess that's already for the high elo players, a little bit unfortunate. I was expecting him to pass through every single unit, including champions to that he has more freedom and escape point when ganked by multiple champions in exchange for the loss of disruption from E but doesn't seem like so.
