Is Aatrox a better Jungler or Top Laner?

I do fairly okay with Aatrox top though there are some real difficult match-ups to be had. In the jungle, you don't really have to worry about that and his clears are just so efficient and fast. You don't have to think about your passive being wasted because it will surely be up by the time you gank. As a duelist, you have so many micro managements (not complaining really). When you think about him as a jungler, his kit seems so much simpler and a bit better at ganking than dueling. Managing his passive is a non-factor. The W pretty much says "run away from my gank, but you're not going anywhere", then all his other cc screams ganks.

Maybe in terms of a top later, these things are also very viable when you get a gank for your lane. IDK It just feels like his dueling ability is overshadowed by his ganking ability.
