So can we make Warwick's Basic Attacks fire 47% faster like you did for Pantheon?

He has .679 Attack Speed and a good steroid for it, but his basic attack is so slow and lumbering that it barely feels like he really has any Attack Speed at all. I would love for him to attack smoother.
