and effectively neutering Lux's counters, this is creating a glaring opportunity for our Lady of Luminosity to reign.

Plus while most mids will be struggling with mana regen and CDR itemization, Lux will feel right at home with 
as options. She's already at 51% win rate, just waiting for this patch to kick in. In light of Ahri's changes, everyone including Riot seems to have forgotten what a real kite mage looks like - I think 5.2 will...enlighten you.
