Who counters her? Seriously, all of her "counters" have 0 lategame presence, which means that if riven's jungler gives her an early advantage, they are screwed.

Riven is not at all OP. Any competent player can take her down with burst damage and/or some decent cc.

Irelia outscales her, and from level 4 onward, Riven will have a very hard time winning that lane.

um... hello Renekton! He beat her even pre-nerf when she was an auto ban or first pick. Now and days it's harder to find any champion she has an edge on. She pretty much just exist to take advantage of some champions weak early game like Mundo.

Junglers in my division camps nasus every single game, to a point where he can no longer stay in lane against riven since she has that fucking jump every 10 sec

Look my account up on NA. Find my runes and masteries for nasus (runes will be obvious). You use those vs riven and start cloth 5 pots and rush frozen heart you're basically unstoppable so long as you don't die.

Now you are bitching for the sake of it. You SERIOUSLY out poke her. If she is ever dumb enough to get in melee range you E her, drop a W and auto attack for mana back. She will have no choice to back off as you continue to harass with Qs.

Then you are simply being outplayed. In that case no champ is going to guarantee you a win. I destroy Rivens all the time with Xerath.
