I mean, we can see ally summs in champ select and keystones in loading; so, why not visible ally keystones in champ select as well?

Ban a certain champ? Get flamed. Pick a certain champ? Get flamed. Pick ignite as top lane? Get flamed. Pick teleport as top lane? Get flamed. Ask to trade roles? Get flamed. Say, hi? Get flamed.
Highlighting selected keystones can be beneficial for teamwork. Sometimes people pick the wrong ones unintentionally and others just don't know what to pick. Or they might not be paying attention and need someone to speak up and let them know, "Yo! You sure you want that rune?"
