@Riot Gypsylord since you took conversation about Evelynn - Why you dont wanna revert some changes?

I Would like to , and not only me Understand some thinkin . Thought process. Could you PLEASE discuss with us few points ?

1. When Game had DFG and old LichBane Evelynn could literally 1 shoot you. -> That was mega un-healthy . Agree

2. Game was changed : There is no DFG , LichBane was changed

so now Here is my question :

1. Role of the Evelynn ? I think 1 road is Clear AP ASSASIN . ? or im wrong ?

2. Why not revert R change for old Execute style ? You know how Freakin frustrating is when target has 30 HP walkin away and your Ultiamte as Assasin doing NOTHING ?

3. Why not Revert E change . From Physical to Magical ?

4. Why not Increase dmg on Q ? Jungle killin Eveynn . Not Evelynn Jungle..

5. Why not Increase a bit missle speed on Q ?

I would like to understand if there is any chance to Revert "SOME CHANGES" and If No - WHY not
