There are two things, only two things, that make me absolutely crazy in this game right now

Minion block, and the capacity to maintain crowd control on an isolated target for an indefinite amount of time.

Minion block has gotten so out of hand. As someone that plays almost exclusively melee champions, I have given up on the idea that I can even cleanly farm safely, never mind trading with an enemy champion. In the past few games, I’ve actually died because I went to last hit a creep that decided it needed to shift its focus to a melee minion further away from the one it was already focused on (another spaghetti code problem: minion AI) and it’s pathing actually trapped me against a wall, which allowed the enemy to lock me down and kill me. It is embarrassing that this is still a problem.

The capacity to CC someone indefinitely is another problem. I understand champions need lockdown depending on their roles. However, because CDR is pretty much a tagalong stat now rather than a isolated stat, everyone has the ability to spam CC more. Moreover, even with additional tenacity + merc treads, you generally cannot escape a CC chain (this is amply true for melee champions). For that reason, I almost always find myself incredibly frustrated in teamfights because I’m held down with very little cost to the other team. This is honestly more bothersome to me than the insane damage, the insane mobility, and the prevalence of resourceless champions. I just want to be able to move my character and have a chance to fight, and I probably wouldn’t feel so bad about damage if I could actually use my spells - a problem that exists when you’re permanently cc’d.

To me, these are two things that make the playing experience go away down. I’d like to think this is a priority to Riot. However, it is not virtue signaling, anime, LCS-related, or another Lux skin, so I doubt it’s a big deal.
