As title says, if a player Does extremely well in a series, they should be able to skip 1-2 tiers. E.g. Move from B5 to B3, if they got over A+ in every game in series. Or atleast start with a bit of LP in the next tier, Example. Move from B5 to B4 with 5 lp for Every A+ 10lp for every S- or higher based on Series results.

If your MMR is significantly lower than where the system believes you should be for the division you are in, then your LP gains will be reduced and LP loss will be increased. Alternatively, if your MMR is significantly higher compared to the average your current tier or division, you will gain more LP and lose less. You may even skip promotion series or advance multiple tiers if your MMR significantly outweighs your league."
