What does Pick Order mean to you?

So i'm torn on what "pick order" really means... I'm biased admittedly but a large amount of the community disagrees with my view so I guess i'm just a lil curious if i'm of the minority or not.

I'm not 100% sure how to word this but ill do my best. Basically do you see it as who ever is highest from top to bottom gets priority of pick Example, 1st gets pick over 2nd in the list or, if 1st and 2nd are picking at the same time, it doesnt matter 2nd pick can override the guy whos at the top because they're both choosing at the same time?

Top to bottom is pretty fair IMHO. It is pretty much the standard and everyone gets a chance at the top, so why not follow it?

I see it as whoever picks first gets what they want. Also those individuals who insta lock it in so you can't get it imo are usually people on your team you don't want to piss off because they'll be toxic the rest of the game.

Top to bottom but if two people are picking at the same time then it's who called it first.

It should be top to bottom, but I usually just try to be nice and say "[insert role] pref" instead. If they respect my call, great, but if they don't, I'll just fill. Such is pick order.
