Does anyone else feel like new champ select is too busy?

My last queue I didn't even realize it was my turn to pick until the countdown started to dodge. There are so many sounds that they all wash into each other. "Your time to pick" doesn't have a distinctive sound. The ban sounds are very disruptive for something that doesn't require you to do anything. The quotes are just obnoxious. It's hard to pay attention. It really doesn't help that there isn't a clear visual indicator that the person before you locked in, either. It's the same red as before he locked in.
