Not seeing any buffs on pbe yet, when its obvious that she needs it when all the hotfix buffs did was increase her WR from 39% to 41%.
I just want to play her without feeling like im gimping my team, please riot make her viable.

But I have played with a couple of them where they have actually taken the time to learn how to play her and they do better than fine.
She is a good champion. She will just take some time.
Not the mention that it would be extremely easy to jump the gun and overbuff champions like this based simply on WR, only to find out that it was only because people just hadn't quite learned her yet.

Kai sa is high risk 0 reward, her kit is very undertuned, ive played over 30 games with her and its pretty blatant on how undertuned she is, compared to every other adc in the game.

Kaìju1 votesRiot said in her AMA that they don't believe buffing her range is the correct direction to go, so from what little we know it looks like they intent to just buff her numbers since they feel her kit is fine. All this will do is make her hyper feast or famine as she still won't really be viable bot lot and if we wins a match up it will be because her numbers are high enough that her range doesn't matter or she loses through skill and is fairly useless. Not to mention buffing her numbers just makes her like Quinn, more likely to be played in some other position like top abusing melee's or jungle since she has no enemeis outside of getting fucked by invades since she can't duel anyone early.
Luminev1 votesAfter playing her a lot I know why they won't buff her range, it's her passive. Thing hits like a truck once it procs and the range provides counterplay for that.
Kaìju1 votesPBE buffs her range to 525 which isn't bad but I think she needs 550 since she has no way to extend her range like Sivir, Lucian, or Xayah. However I agree her passive is strong and in my opinion should be nerfed to give her more range. It's a huge execute, it should be toned down so if she wants the massive finisher she needs to build AP rather than just having it for free.
