Pray tell, why is Graves, this jungler who deals ludicrous amounts of damage, allowed to come out of the jungle at full hp?

Seriously, I could deal with ALL his other heavy bullshit, if when he came to show his ugly face in my lane, there was a CHANCE I could turn on him.

Because hes an early game jungler and early game junglers tend to require healthy clears in order to pressure objectives / bring enough stats in a gank.

Just be glad its just knockback on monsters instead of something that can be used against champs effectively.
