sadly true. Its so dumb how they removed his magic resist to ap scaling. In the rework they should of made it like vlad gets magic resist from ap and ap from magic resist does not stack with itself. But imo his whole kit is flawed. He cant go against swain or teemo top lane and win lane which is match ups he should win. he doesn't scale well into late game unless 4 out of 5 of them are ap even then their adc will destroy you. His kit is just super dumb
