This is solo queue. They can't be a 4-man premade. Yet, and I verified, the 4 legitimately were on the same team the game before and got stomped. And right from level 1 all 4 of them are blaming each other and saying they suck and someone should have dodged, etc...

Deep Terror Nami1 votesThe chance of this happening is nearly zero usually because you can't queue as 4 (neither in flex or solo), but if everyone queues up again immediately after a match together then they A) have similar enough mmr to be matched together and B) are the same priority in matchmaking, so the chances some of them see each other again is much higher.

Khristophoros1 votesThe odds of getting some is high enough that getting all of them isn't totally unheard of. Look at it this way. The matchmaker already put you with people near your MMR. Then after a win or loss all of you get the same MMR increase or decrease. If all 5 players queue up instantly it'll probably put them all in the same game because out of the pool of players in the queue, those 4 other players are the closest in MMR to you.
