The revert for LW going back to total armor pen instead of bonus armor pen, can fervor come back?

The entire reason why conqueror exists was to help top lane bruisers shred through tanks, and the reason this was the case was because of how shit LW was a year ago.

Since I can now buy LDR, and shred 35% of the enemies armor away, can fervor please be brought back?

Conqueror is not healthy, fervor was. I'm not saying fervor was without fault, but it was better than conqueror

Fervor coming back and taking the place of both PTA and Conqueror would be preferable in general. It'd mean ADCs actually had more choices that were less niche and shit than the ones they currently have.

I want more justifiable reasoning than a one sentance context for your balance changes, Riot.
