because if we have to deal with people playing Teemo they should at least make him somewhat tolerable to deal with

He isn't OP, but I hate dealing with how impossible it is to gank him, how you can't trade him because of his 3 second Blind, and how you can't deal with his dumb DoT.

I sort of agree with you. Plus I never like playing him top lane and he not very good bot. With some of those line I wish he can be play in the jungle.
