About the mobi boots...

I feel like they are weak..you should buff them...i mean the 100+ ms they give you is useless...especially mid-late game..when a team fight ends and one of them run away like a chicken,you wanna catch em but because dem minions hitting you,you fking lose this ms buff you get from the mobis and they always espace...come on riot,you can lower the cooldown..or make it so that after 20-25 mins minion hits wont affect the mobi ms buff...pleeeease
