This keystone single handedly decides games. Is there any sort of approval process for new features or is it just one moron putting out whatever he wants?

why would courage make the game unplayable? it isn't an insane concept, that tanks get a shield when they cc someone, and earlier in season 6 thunderlords was literally mandatory on all champs, fervor and grasp both allowed things like tank ekko, and tank fizz to exist. These things are way more unfun to play against than courage since at least you can try and stay behind your frontline or kite around the tanks. compared to not being able to go into lane with renekton without getting half healthed by his ruthless predator, or having to deal with a hyper mobile champ with a crap ton of cc who still does a lot of damage who barely takes damage while being able to heal for a crap ton by pressing r.

Also courage may be over tuned but it isn't being abused that much. Things like Rylais and FM are way more unfun to play against while not being nerfed for even longer.
