his q is short cd long range and super fast travel speed, so sooner than later it will land and the follow up is just ridiculous.

q lands, go in, deal 340+180% bonus+8% missing hp, then e 200+100% bonus ad, then r 600+200% bonus ad.. that's 100 more base damage then tristanas ult.

whatever, assassins are assassins, but they should be high risk high reward not low both, and usually they have to build 4-5 damage items to do what lee sin can with 2-3.

I'm fine with his kit but the burst...

-reduce his q damage to roughly 300+160% bonus from 340+180% -reduce his r damage to roughly 450+180% bonus from 600+200% -to compensate, add a temporary buff to his ult that grants him 60% movement and attack speed for 3 seconds afterwards, or increase his passive attack speed to 60% from 40%

do something he's op.

He gets "falls off late game" as an excuse.

Lol. He has one of the lowest winrates in the game. It's also a tank meta in the jungle which is really bad for him since tanks outscale him heavily.

With your argument, you could say that Veigar is op, because he has fairly high scalings.
