How do people seriously think Ashe will be OP now?

Yeah, she slows a lot, but every ADC does that with Red Buff. And the extra damage? With IE and bullshit luck an ADC will do 250% damage on plenty of autos, her damage is at least consistent.

And also, don't forget Ashe has like 7 move speed. I'm pretty sure Steven Hawking could outrun her.

Steven Hawking has a fucking hover chair with fusion-powered turbines, of COURSE he'd outrun someone on foot.

redbuff has a low uptime, ashes slow is permanenet and also applys on her W
There is a huge difference between 10%slow from red and 55% slow from ashe...
Her Q grants 60%as on what still is amongest highst bas-as at lvl 18 and 35% ad ontop of her 10%more damage from the passive. With her Q on, she got much more dps than a jinx with fully stacked minigun...
global hawk X 2 + global stun...her ult still is massive.

yeah and the thing is that her damage per auto is preety similar to others damage per crit, thus her dps should be better

but what im personaly hyped about is the ruunans on her, she gets an on his damage steroid meaning that with static and stuff she should hit on many targets

already tried her with runaans on PBE, the secondary bolts deal reduced damage duering Q and only the 1st applys on-hits, so no more synergie besides aoe-slow. However, she deals enough damage even without crit and the aoe-burst with her 5 stack Q+Runnans+Yomuu'S aktive was massive and she can instantly stack Blackcleaver on aoe
