Any changes planned for Soraka ?

Like I've been saying for months, maybe her W is the problem, not just the numbers on her kit. She got nerfed multiple times and even grievous wounds changed in the same patch. Her win rate dropped yeah, but ban rate is still like 20%+. And on streams everyone is just complaining why wasn't Soraka banned if she goes through. Of course people don't like playing against a 1 second heal, nerfing her numbers AGAIN and AGAIN will just make her unplayable, not balanced. I think they should just rework her or the W at least.

She has been nerfed 5 times and several indirect times.

Rito knows how to balance.
