Imagine if we scrapped the entire game and made LoL 2

NOTE: This is not me saying "Make a second one, screw this game!" and this entire thread is just a "what if?," I do not want a new LoL

Just imagine, a whole new game. The game could feature a similar--yet slightly different map. Some champions could be carried over (or not, this is a what if), and others excluded. Perhaps only select true "Legends" would be included. Champions that are either known for their great power (Jax) or are at a certain higher status (Jarvan IV). Maybe even certain, more intriguing champions could be included (Renekton and Nasus, Rammus, Zilean).

I think it would be cool just to have a fresh start. All champions carried over (if any) could be reverted to their release state, or we could something like taking the original champs (Karthus, Garen, Ashe) and have them all in their current states (VU included).

Imagine if we just had an entire new game though, where we started from scratch--the original 40 or so champs--and the game RE-evolved. Imagine if all of the nerfs/buffs to the originals were reverted, and now, no champions or changes released from the original beta can be made. I.E.: Braum cannot be released, as he was not an OG Legend, the exact nerfs to original Kassadin (he was an original right? only played for like a year) can't happen, his "issues" would be solved differently.

Thoughts? (Remember, this is not an actual suggestion just a "what if" for fun.
