Idea: Eve's W now resets her passive CD to 1 and using W during stealth doesn't break it

Give her an actual ability to break out of combat like every other assassin in the game

I recommended that they change her w to not AUTOMATICALLY break stealth, but to make it easier to spot her (say, increasing detection range and allowing wards to spot her). That way, the stealth wards are actually useful against Eve, and there's a bit of counterplay involved in her abilities.

With the new ap item about to come AP Eve will be a thing again. She can burst out 340%(+70% per second) of her ability power in under half a second with a certain build.

And yes there is a lot of ap eve players and they are going Nashors/Lich bane right now with the E change.(E procs Nashors twice along with Lich in it)
