Talon is fine ffs learn to play him. He might even be too strong now (god I'm so getting downvoted for saying this) seriously though if they buff lethality he's gonna go over the top, just watch it happen.
Actually, there is a delay on kat, she needs to Q and W before jumping to daggers for a max of 3 jumps simultaneously. Talon needs no se-up time so he gets a delay during his actual combo. It's pretty easy to avoid if you watch the ground, and even easier if you've played her and can pre-emptively guess where the daggers will land by looking at her position.
Agreed, but lets not compare two different champions solely on the basis that one is strong and the other is weak. Before any significant talon buffs they need to fix all of his new kit bugs and inconsistencies, then move on to reverting nerfs, then finally buffs if necessary.
