Remove flash

Flash won't be removed from the game without significant reasoning on why it's detrimental to the game. And I mean significant. Like you'd pretty much have to perform a bunch of studies on it, crunch all the numbers, get them peer reviewed, and get a large amount of the community on-board before Riot would remove Flash. Riot has already balanced the game around you having flash so removing it would require a ton of reworks and Flash makes for great e-sports moments and it is really going to be hard to offer the same kind of moments without that spell. The game might become more boring and then lose interest. You're better off advocating for other summoner spell additions, buffs, or just an overall new way to include summoner spells into the game (such as how Dawngate included theirs when they were a thing. Go check it out on the wiki cuz I actually like that system.)

So give every adc a 60 second flash they have meh control of and screw everyone else?

Alright satan. how bout we nerf everyone and let adcs rule the game because they already have that mentality.
